Hey guys, today I want to show you my top 5 benefit products. Benefit is one of my favourite high end makeup brands so I've tried a lot of their products since I started using makeup. Their makeup is quite expensive though so there are a good number of their products that I haven't tried yet because I just haven't had that amount of money to spend on makeup while I'm saving up for more college. These products are my top 5 out of the ones I've tried out so far.
1. They're Real mascara (€27 in Brown Thomas)
This is my favourite mascara ever. I've talked about it loads of times on my blog and have even done an entire blog post about it which you can read here. Basically, it just makes my lashes look so amazing and does actually have that fake lash feeling of looking out from your really long lashes when you first apply it. I have never found a mascara that works as good as it for me.
2. The Porefessional Face Primer (€35 in Brown Thomas)
This is a great primer that evens out your complexion and keeps your makeup on all day. I also find it really great for dry skin unlike some other primers (That Gal, I'm looking at you :P). Read my full blog post about it here.
3. Sugarbomb Face Powder (€34 in Debenhams)
This is such a gorgeous colour for your cheeks for the summer months. The four colours combined create a gorgeous sort of peachy colour. This is my favourite of the Benefit Box O' Powders that I have tried, mainly because of the colour. I just love it. Read my full blog post about it here.
4. Erase Paste Concealer (€27.50 in Debenhams)
As you may know by reading my other blog posts, I find it really hard to get a great concealer to cover my dark under eye circles but this one is one of the best that I have found so far. It has quite a thick consistency so I find that it works quite well at covering them. I'm pretty sure that I will repurchase it as soon as I run out of it but I have the small travel jar and there is still loads left in it because it takes quite a long time to use up so that mightn't be for a while yet.
5. High Beam Highlighter (€27.50 at Debenhams)
I really love the effect that this highlighter gives to your skin. It's just so gorgeous and makes your skin really dewy looking. A bottle of this lasts so long too which is great so you don't have to repurchase it for ages. Read my full review of this product here.
So those are my top 5 benefit products. I hope you liked this post. Please give it a like on Bloglovin if you did, and make sure to tell me in the comments below what your favourite Benefit product is :)

Shop My Stash
Hey guys, lately I've been trying not to spend as much money because I'm still trying to find a part-time job after returning from France and am rapidly going through my savings, so I thought this was a great time to do a shop my stash post. If you don't know already, shop my stash is when you go through all of your makeup and beauty products and pick out things that you have either forgot about or just haven't used in a long time, so basically its kind of like doing a haul of stuff you already have which is great if you are trying to save money! So here is what I picked:
The first thing I picked was this Powder Trip palette by Soap and Glory that I got for Christmas which I love but completely forgot that I had it because of the way I had stored it in my makeup collection. I already mentioned this in a blog post before which you can read here. I can't wait to start using this again, I can't believe that I forgot that I had it.
The next thing I picked is another Soap and Glory product, their Peaches and Clean cleansing milk. I love this cleansing milk and wrote a review about it which you can read here. When I went to France, I didn't have room in my suitcase to pack it and then I forgot about it when I cam home four months later. I really love using this to remove my makeup and it always leaves my skin feeling so soft so I'm glad that I remembered that I had it.
The next thing I chose is Benefit's The Porefessional. Lately I've been skipping the primer in my makeup routine because I'm always in a hurry whenever I'm doing my makeup. I do love how this primer gives my skin a flawless finish though so I'm gonna start using it again.
The next two items I chose is a No 7 lipstick in the colour Gay Geranium and a Kiko lip liner to match. Together these two products create a bright orange-y toned lip. I really like the idea of a bright lip but sometimes I feel like I mightn't be able to pull it off or that I might look like a bit of a clown so I've been avoiding using them. I really want to wear it sometime soon to at least try it out and see what everyone thinks of it. I might do a FOTD with it on my blog soon so you can let me know what you think.
The last thing I chose is another Soap and Glory product. Clean On Me is my favourite shower gel but like a couple of other items in this post, I forgot about it when I came back from France. My mom had organised all my room and my bathroom for me before I came home so when Clean On Me wasn't in my shower, I just used whatever was there, but now that I've found it again, it's going straight back in my shower.
So that was my Shop my Stash blog post, I hope you liked it. If you did, give it a like on Bloglovin or a +1 on Google Plus. If you have done a Shop my Stash blog post before or have been inspired to by this one, leave a link to your blog post in the comments below because I would love to see them.

Friday Favourite #10 Benefit's The Porefessional
Hey Guys! About six months ago, I went to Benefit to repurchase some makeup that I'd run out of and was given some freebies with my purchase to tryout. One of these freebies was a mini The Porefessional. Now I'd heard of The Porefessional before from other people and had seen it in-store but it never had much of an appeal for me. My pores are pretty okay so why would I need to spend €34 euro on something to hide them I thought. They weren't that big of a problem for me. I quickly forgot about my freebie over the next few weeks and left it thrown aside somewhere with the rest of my makeup. That was until my older sister came home one day and was saying how she had heard such amazing things about the porefessional and that she wanted to get it. That's when we decided to try it out to see if these things were true and I was surprised to find that they were.
The Porefessional makes your skin feel so silky and smooth and it certainly makes your complexion a lot more flawless looking without any makeup. I had Benefit's "That Gal" primer before and loved it but I have to say that I think I prefer The Porefessional to it. The main reason for this is that I feel The Porefessional makes your skin look and feel more moisturized and this is very important for me as I have quite dry skin. Although "That Gal" does make your face look brighter and give it more of a glow, The Porefessional does this and also make your skin look more flawless and even toned. It has a sort of silky feel to it even if you just rub it between your fingers and I find that this makes sure that when I apply makeup over it I don't really get any dry patches, though I did notice some when I used That Gal.
I really love this primer and have since bought a bigger version of it in my duty free Paris haul (even though a little of it goes a long way) and gave what was left in the small one to my sister. We both love it and I think that she will probably repurchase it once she runs out. The one thing that I think that could be a problem is that it feels quite oily on your skin (but it is oil free...you'll know what I mean if you feel it :P) which I like because its very moisturizing and just glides on to your face but this could be a problem for people with oily skin although I've never heard any bad reviews about that, I just think that from the feeling of it that it mightn't last as well on oily skin.
Hope you liked this post. If you have this product, what do you think of it?
I would especially like to know what you think of it if you have oily skin, please leave a comment below :)
If you are interested in buying this product, you can get it at any Benefit counter or click here to buy it on Amazon.

Duty Free and Paris Haul!

Hey guys! When I was in Paris last week I bought a couple of things in the duty free for a lot cheaper than I would have at home. The first things I got were on the way over in The Loop in Cork airport. I got Benefit's The Porefessional and a new They're Real Mascara because I have run out. I also got my first O.P.I. nail varnish because I've wanted to try O.P.I. for ages. The colour I got was Not So Bora Bora-ing Pink. It's a gorgeous colour that can be worn everyday and as soon as I saw the name, I knew I had to get it. I got it for €11.70 which was very good because I know that they are usually around €14 or something if not more. I saved a lot of money on the Benefit products, saving €20 between the two products as I got the Porefessional for €24 (whereas it's €35 at home in Boots) and I got the mascara for only €18 (Whereas it's €27 at home). I was very happy with this because I was going to get the mascara and Porefessional anyway so I saved a lot of money.
My favourite thing I got for a lot cheaper than usual was on an Aer Lingus flight home. They were selling the Real Techniques Core Collection for just €20 ( That's just €5 per brush). As ye know I already have the blush brush, stippling brush and the starter set, but I still wanted the core collection because I've heard that the buffing brush that is in it is the best of all the Real Techniques brushes. I had seen the core collection in Boots but it was for €28.99 so I was so happy that I got it for just €20 :)
Hope you liked this post. If you want me to do a review on any of the above products just leave a comment down below.
